Since 2000, General Contractor Randy Rosalex has focused on material and water efficiency in his building projects. For eight years, he owned and operated Option Green Builders in San Diego, California. Following a move to Northern California, Randy Rosalex served as a Project Manager for Green Sacramento Builders before opening his own business in the area. Currently, Mr. Rosalex owns and operates G & X General Contracting in Roseville, California, which he established in 2010. As a General Contractor and business owner, Randy Rosalex promotes the company’s success by maintaining positive client relationships. Current projects at G & X General Contracting include commercial and residential builds, remodels, and renovations. As a green practices builder, Mr. Rosalex serves as a certified building contractor with Build It Green, a Bay Area nonprofit organization that supports energy and resource efficiency. He also serves as an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified remodeling contractor. In that capacity, Randy Rosalex has completed projects that produce minimal waste via efficient utilization of materials. Likewise, he participates in ventures that require minimal water use in indoor plumbing and irrigation systems.
Randy Rosalex’s love of the environment extends to his personal life, as well. He engages in a number of outdoor activities that make the most of California’s climate and landscape, such as surfing, swimming, gardening, and hiking. He also enjoys traveling and architecture.
Mr. Rosalex holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University.
